If you don’t see the upgrade option from Hardy Heron to Intrepid Ibex, check System > Administration > Software Sources > Upgrade and make sure that ‘Release Upgrade’ is not set to ‘Long term support releases only’. Set it to ‘Normal releases’ and you’ll be in business.
